CFINT1 is not "speed bump". It is used for "speed-bumping", but it has a
much more important purpose in system.
It is alsways present on any AS/400 system and it participates in
INTerrupt-handling activities - this what INT in its name hints on - not
INTeractive.

These are tasks of OS/400, and not jobs that would show up in a Subsystem.
Thats
why you do not see them in WRKACTJOB.  CFINT01 is the CPU "Speed-bump" to
limit
your interactive CPU in your system.  I don't know what others are.
