Thanks Richard !

No reclaim storage running but NOW that I go back and check the timing of the
IPL, it was at the same time (it had gotten delayed by some other processing)
that
the IBM Service Director Data Collection and Usage deal, dials out via IP and
transmits its' daily collection - bet that's what triggered all that !
