Color me ignorant but I thought what was needed to make software written for 
CISC work for RISC was to tweak some byte in the compile so that the code 
contains what RISC calls "observables."  Moving the stuff around on different 
platforms is doable, but if the original code is not "observable" it aint 
gonna work on a RISC machine.
