I think the problem is that the system that recieves the printouts has to
be able to send the confirmation
message back to the source system.  These confirmation messages are what
remove the spool file
entry from the outq.

Make sure that the QNETSPLF for the target system is entered in the sys
dist dir on the source system.
and vice versa.
