I really don't understand what you mean by send messages.

I do know that the NY site is getting their printouts - my issue is that my queues are filling up w/ stuff that has BEEN printed and I have to clean them out. 

I'm beginning to suspect it is on my 620 side.  Cuz even when I clean out the queue I get back to the wrkoutq's screen and press refresh they don't show as deleted.  But when I go back into the queue - they are gone.  It takes a while to show they are gone.... They do go away in about 3 minutes... but that doesn't seem normal to me.  I have to have something configured wrong, I just don't know where to look AGAIN. 

And when I send msg's to the list it is sending in Rich Text format... I'm not putting it in HTML on purpose - we use outlook - how do I ensure that you are able to read it... what do I change... hate Outlook - Like Lotus Notes.

Awh! Most likely your E10 cannot send a response back to the originating
system.  Check your communication configuration to make sure that you can
get messages back and forth.

We have changed E10 communication from an F50 to communicate directly to our
620.  We created rmtoutq's on the 620 and redirected the dstq's and dire
etc. etc.
So when the E10 user's sbm print jobs it goes to a rmtoutq and prints up in
NY (where the e10 is located).  Everything works and the NY users don't
notice the difference.
BUT on the 620 side eventhough the splf has already sent the satus stays at
SND - it never goes away.   I have never run into this.  What did I miss?
