Oops.  Sorry.  The program I just posted solves a different
problem; it calculates the number of business days between two
dates, it doesn't add a number of business days to get a new date.

By the way, you can't do either of these calculations with
simple arithmetic.  4 days from Friday to Monday is 2 working
days, but from Monday to Thursday is 4 working days.

You have to take the actual days into account.
