My freeware DLTOLDSPLF defines 'old' as 'Minimum age in working days'.
You can 'steel' the working days calculation from this utility.
It includes as non-working days:
Sat/Sun
Fixed dates (e.g. Dec 25)
Dates with an fixed offset to Easter.
All of it is seen from a Danish calender. Changing it is a matter of
changing some compile time tables.
You can get it at at http://hkrebs.dk/dltoldsplf.html . Pls include
the comment 'I'm interested in the working day calculation' when you
order it.
