I would check the rmtcmd server under Ops Nav.  See if it is running.

I am having trouble with runrmtcmd.  It was working fine on our 2nd AS/400
system until we moved it.  I think it is just some server part not started
back up, but I don't know what.    I can ftp to the other AS/400 but I can
