When you get an upgrade, there are several license keys that need to be entered as well. The BRMS product should have a license program that can be removed. Try GO LICPGM or WRKLISINF to see if this BRMS exists. You can also tell on the WRKLISINF if there are any products that need a key entered. -----Original Message----- From: Sam Kanakanui [mailto:skanakanui@triad.rr.com] Sent: Wednesday, August 16, 2000 10:55 PM To: midrange-l@midrange.com Subject: BRMS error? Hi, V4R4 was recently installed on a 620 at a client site of mine. Ever since, they have been getting messages about IBM products where "Usage limit of 0 exceeded, Grace period will expire in x days" (started with 45 days and counting down). First it was with Query which they received an updated license for. Now they have another on Feature 5103. When they called their business partner, they were told this was for BRMS, however they had never purchased BRMS nor do they have it running. First, they are trying to figure out why this is on their system when they never purchased it and second if they take no action, which they can't at this point because they have no license, will this cause them a problem? Currently they are receiving this message during their nightly saves. Usage limit of 0 exceeded. Grace period will expire in 25 days on 09/10/00. Users have until the specified date (25 days) to use this product. When this date is reached, the grace period will expire and all users exceeding the usage limit will be released. Recovery . . . : Contact your software provider for a new license key to increase the usage limit. Has anyone seen this problem or know what it means?
