These jobs are decompressing objects.  Some of the less crticial OS/400
objects, like on-line help are compressed when they are restored.  These
jobs decompress the objects in the background after the upgrade is
complete.

I am not aware of any way to control them.

Does any one know what function these jobs perform?  We just upgraded from
4.3 to 4.4 and they are hogging 75% of the cpu for the last hour.
