There is a "reverse DNS lookup" PTF (SF60283 for V4R3). In my original post "UPSET W/IBM SOFTWARE SUPPORT" I mentioned the slowness of Client Access (and especially Ops Nav) in general. This PTF helped tremendously to speed it up. Check with IBM to see what PTF applies to your release.
