With the user's permission you might try GO CMDCPY & teach them a thing or 
two, but for a user not at user session, you can transmit F3 & F12 to their 
session, using  http://www.precosis.com.au/rv1.htm to get a safe ending of 
job without messing up files the user was accessing ... I realize this may 
not be exactly what you looking for.
