Sometimes you can recover from these types of things by rebooting.  If that
fails, consider removing the physical file member, then readding it.  Then
reboot again.  I don't know about this file in particular, but you can't
break the member any worse - it's already dead.  You may have to remove
logical members too, then readd them after readding the pf member.
