Damaged Object -- MIDRANGE-L

We had a power failure during an IPL.  On the subsequent IPL we received the
following error msg:

Message . . . . :   Error occurred while processing object QSZPAVLI in library

Cause . . . . . :   While processing object QSZPAVLI type *PRDAVLI in library
  QUSRSYS an error occurred which prevented the operation from completing
  successfully.  The return code is 1099-DAMAGED.

Any ideas what QSZPAVLI is?  Can it be restored?
