OT: ISV looking for health insurance plans -- MIDRANGE-L

Does anyone know of a source for health insurance for a small software
company?  I know this is off-topic, but I'm hoping there are other small
companies out there that have found good groups to get in with.  I've tried
the Chamber of Commerce, but I'm told that there are often various industry
groups out there that can provide decent plans, too.

I'm in the Boston area.
