I also found that you have to order AS/400 Client Encryption product to SSL
enable Client Access.  (5769-CE1, 5769-CE2 or 5769-CE3).  It is free, as is
Cryptographic Access Provider.  (5769-AC1, 5769-AC2 or 5769-AC3).
