Agreed, but my contention is that you would never approach using up your 
addresses limitations.

Don't agree, this should no longer be the case.  Whatever you gain, is 
essentially used up again right away as you start to do work on your system.

This is an old reason.  If your journals are set up properly for user 
journals, this is unnecessary.  If your concerned about the system 
journals, you can change them yourself.

The only reason that I can see is to clear out QRPLOBJ, which you can also 
do yourself, and of course, there is a TAA Tool call DLTOLDQRPL.
