I haven't used it yet, but I'm assuming that is a good thing. It is
suppose to use as much of the CPU it can that isn't being used by other
jobs. At a priority of 99, it would only be interfering with other priority
99 jobs.
I wish I thought of trying to use PASE when I had unrestricted
access to a machine. I probably would have been trying to run the
distributed.net client.
