IMHO, I don't like the use of case tools(This doesn't mean a can't use them I had use Synon, AS/set, Snap and Lansa). Usually, this Code generators create REALLY BAD code (The performance is really bad and, God forgive, you have to change a couple of lines in a place where you don't have the case tool available). We have an source library with almost all the templates we need to do any programming necessary. If you need a new template, you put 1 or 2 of our senior programmers to create it(using all the available standards) so it can be use by any jr. programmer.
