The CRTLF command creates an index similar to the Create Index or Create
View command in SQL the Create Encoded Vector Index creates a special index
that is useful primarily in the decision support arena. You can not read an
EVI directly nor does it support sequencing. Check out the IBM web site (
www.as400.ibm.com ) and do a search for EVI or Encoded Vector Index.
