Yes Jon believe it or not I actually do read everything you write. The problem is that I seldom get the messages from the list server in a timely fashion and when they do arrive they are not in order (often times they are in reverse order). As far as writing it myself, sure I would love to do it but if IBM or someone else were already in the process of doing so I would not want to waste my time. Your idea of using JavaDoc type comments is a good one for the PR statements and this could be used quite effectively. The main think I want is just the names of the parameters and their const-ness.
