Try Hawkeye's Mass Compiler - it is awesome!  The beauty of this software is
their help desk will walk you through any or all of the menu options within
the package.  We used the Mass Compile feature for Y2K and they supported us
through the whole conversion - great support people.

Hawkeye - does not require you to send a HIGH LEVEL person to training for a
week (AS/400 Knowledge is very beneficial).  I just returned from a one day
class (June 30th)  that was optional and the class was included as part the
purchase of the software.

It was a great deal and the training class was small enough to get all
questioned answered.

Hawkeye (a great tool imho) is 
$2500 and requires the company to send a high-skill employee to school for 
a week.
