End user training (was Interactive Subsystem Ending)

If their performance review is anything like mine, I bet they get a
rubber-stamped "Excellent" rating in all categories in every review.  :-)  I
know it's hard to influence end users (especially in a big company!) but
I've found that most people _want_ to do the right thing as long as they can
understand _why_ it's important.
