Simon, UIM works for print files? I don't think I've ever seen any mention of that in any of the articles I've read! Granted I've never gone back to the manuals or really tried to use it... How well does it work for print files? Of course, for UIM to actually be practical for these purposes, we'd need development tools that truly support it. I don't see any obvious support for UIM in Code/400 DSU, for example. Your point about Java is well taken, of course, although I'm still waiting for the fat lady to come out on stage - it's gonna be quite a while before she sings, IMHO of course.
