I guess that's the crux of the problem.   By doing your Ad Nina,  IBM would
be saying
Win2000(ie Netfinity - their product)  sucks.

Directly name the competition and you just named another IBM product line.

It's a catch-22

The only solution I guess is to sell the division so it's "Not" IBM
competing with IBM
