Thanks to everyone replying to my question. It appears that I'm able to order CAE from IBM as a no-charge item because I already have a few licences for CA for Win95. They make this available to v4r3 people because it wasn't available at the time. Anyway, this is the theory, now I'm going to try get it... ;) Thanks also for the Netserver Instructions. We've been running this for some time and I think it's very neat. But CAE is definitely not on the 400... Thanks again.
