Good point, I guess you cant rely on qpwrrstipl to re-ipl.

IP systems would be easy since they could use Wake on LAN and be controlled
by a PC with a switch (still) in the ON position. Not sure if V4R4/5 allows
Wake on LAN.

The only alternative I can think of is to use the QRMTIPL and have the
controlling system dialling the ECS modems. Always thought that was quite
cool but never actually tried it.
