Too Bad, It should be free to Business Partners and Free if not cheap for
Application Developers.  As an end user I expect to pay for support over and
above defect reporting/Analysis.  We use our business partner instead of
support line

Actually, we pay for this support.  There is are annual fees for e-mail
support and phone support, just like the customer...

The advantage is that we can ask them anything, not just support problems.
If the customer has a support line contract in place, they can ask anything
also.  But I know that most don't take advantage of that support, even when
they are paying for it.
