Brad, The issue as I see it is that you have stripped the leading zeros off and made the invoice number left justified. To get the sorting accurate, you really need to right justify the invoice numbers. This will cause an issue though, for anyone who enters invoice numbers, because they will now need to key in the leading blanks. This will probably be unacceptable to them, so you might have to right justify the invoice number input fields after they are keyed in. Bill William K.
