If your network is 10/100 meg Ethernet or 16meg Token Ring then FTPing the
files should be relatively fast, you may want to schedule during not peak
hours.

I have four AS/400 database files totaling 2.5 Gigabytes. What are my best
options for getting these files to a mainframe? Obviously FTPing these
files is out of the question because of the size. The mainframers have
3480/3490 tape drives, but we don't have any of these on our AS/400's. Any
ideas?

Bill
