BPCS has this deal where the column headers are message file addresses, so 
once everything is compiled one time, to change the text, you just change the 
message file on the fly, but keeping track of what's what when you get a 
version update needs to be part of your battle plan.

There is also a way to compile & tell it to ignore level checks.
