Thanks.  It works here too, although I cannot view the QLANSrv directory which 
is running on the
FSIOP.  I get "information returned not valid"

I was able to put something in a TMP directory though.

Well Art you got me thinking, so I tried it.  I went from our v4r3 system
and created a directory under QFileSvr.400 directory.
I gave it the name of the 400 as we had it in the 400's host file(cfgtcp
10).  The only thing I had to make sure of was
the user profile that created the directory existed on the v3r2 system and
the passwords were the same.
