Well Art you got me thinking, so I tried it. I went from our v4r3 system and created a directory under QFileSvr.400 directory. I gave it the name of the 400 as we had it in the 400's host file(cfgtcp 10). The only thing I had to make sure of was the user profile that created the directory existed on the v3r2 system and the passwords were the same. Pretty cool!! I think I remember that you had to add a directory link to one of the IFS directories? Will it work if one system is V3R2? I want to copy files from a V3R2 system to a V4R4 system. I would like to push from V3R2, but I could pull them if that's the only way it works. Art Tostaine, Jr. CCA, Inc.
