As far as Network Attributes, System Reply List Entries and System Values
are  to be reapplied, the simplest way is to save them:
 CRTLIB  ALIBRARY
 RTVSYSINF  ALIBRARY (it will create USRSPCs in the library ALIBRARY)
then restore them:
 UPDSYSINF  ALIBRARY
