csv output from cpytoimpf

The output from cpytoimpf when you specify comma delimited appears to result
in fixed length fields.  (Client Access file transfer too.)  Numerics are
left justified, padded with spaces.  I know Excel doesn't seem to care about
it.  Does anyone have experience with things that can't handle this.  I
think what I've always seeen in comma delimited text files is that the
fields are trimmed.
