we got hit w/ that virus and my Client Access Express stopped working that next day ... our network admin had to physically come around to all the machines and do something. That could be why. -----Original Message----- From: Martin, Booth [mailto:BoothM@goddard.edu] Sent: Monday, May 08, 2000 7:54 AM To: 'MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com' Subject: Client Access Express A work station had Client Access Express installed and working correctly. Last week Client Access Express failed to open anymore. The user decided to uninstall Client Access Express and then reinstall it. The uninstall process completed normally. But now Client Access Express will not install again on the workstation. When he attempts to install the product nothing happens. The machine just sits there. Any ideas what has happened? tia +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +--- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
