  The successful install is commendable, but there is still a conversion 
effort.  This particular client has a few Assembler subroutines.  Nothing 
earth shattering, but there nonetheless.  There is also a training 
issue.  The environments are similar, not the same.

  Another issue is that they would now have to purchase the native RPG 
compiler and Application Development Tools under OS/400.  This is after 
they have paid for base OS/400 and SSP.

  BTW, the customer is writing a letter to Mr. Gerstner about this.
