Not true. There is a documented procedure to reset these profiles to their
default. Contact me privately via e-mail, and if I believe you have a
legitimate reason I will point you to the procedure. I realize these
procedures are publicly available, however I don't want to be the one to
post them.

Those are the correct default passwords.
If you can sign-on as QSECOFR you can run the CHGDSTPWD command to reset the
QSECOFR
DST password to the default.
ELSE If you can sign-on to DST you can reset the QSECOFR password.
ELSE you are SOOL and need to scratch install.
