I've had a similar problem on a new 150 AFTER upgrading from V4R1 to V4R4.
Client Access Console (CA V3R1M2) worked fine. After upgrading to V4R4, I
tried both Async Console in CA V3R2 and Ops Console in Express. I, too,
cannot get past the DST login. However, the message that I receive is NOT
for an invalid password. It indicates a communication error while
validating security.

While these are requirements, there are other unexplained problems that may
exist here. I know this has been discussed here before. Jon Paris, myself
and a few others who have had this problem have not been able to resolve it.
