We went through this process last fall and came out of it staying as we are.
It all comes down to costs and what is agreed to and is translated into
service level agreements.  The slightest thing out of the scope of the
original agreement is an extra cost item once the contract is signed.

And I agree with Al's comments in that costs usually go up as a result of
outsourcing for the very reason sighted above.  If it ain't in the
agreement, you will *pay* through the nose for it!
