There is nothing an insultant likes more than management with no in house IT 
sense.

I don't mean that the consultant will not do a good job. He/She/It will most 
likely do
just what the acct or mang person wants him to. 

But have you ever heard the saying "We had to go where we went, to get where 
we
want to be" 

We are fortunate to have found a good consultant where I work. When he works 
with a good plan he does very quick work, but when he works with a plan of 
short thought
he also does quick work,but multiple times on the same project.
