You are seeing either a very brief power outage (2 minutes and 19 seconds -
10:14:33 thru 10:16:52), or your UPS has a self-test cycle that cuts over to
battery power.  I have one UPS here that drives my Novell server crazy once
a week with it's self testing.  This particular UPS will cut over to battery
for 60 seconds.  There is a delay in the As/400's recognizing the
restoration of line power, so a 2 minute 'outage' might be reasonable in a
scenario like this.  My ups does this self test every 7 days.  If you are
seeing this message on a regular basis, that's probably the cause.
