I am sooo happy someone else is having problems w/ Xerox printers/fax/copiers. I've set up several. Some the size of a 1400 sq ft. house w/ a Sun interface and others dc230's and dc265. Xerox just hired a new 400 staff. They all were shrink wrapped they are so new. So give them time. here is my outq and it has worked for all flavors for me and 2 different jobs. Also totally shut down you printer and then vary off start again... if you can ping it then it is probably the printer settings. -----Original Message----- From: owner-midrange-l@midrange.com [mailto:owner-midrange-l@midrange.com]On Behalf Of rick400ml Sent: Wednesday, April 05, 2000 8:54 AM To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com Subject: Re: Xerox Document Center settings Dave, I wish my install went as well. Perhaps you can catch something I've missed. We setup a Xerox N4025, and it is working fine, but our DC332ST with the same remote OutQ config prints from the networked PC's just fine, but when we send a print screen from the AS400 there is no response. We tryed both *XRX4220MRP and *HP4, Host Print Transform=*YES. Everything else is default. Too bad Xerox support isn't more knowledge able on the 400. I know I am asking alot, but if you could fax me your remote OutQ setup and DC332 Printer Configuration report I would be very greatful. I am thinking it is something in the printer.
