I'm setting up WAS to use the AS/400 directory server. We use OS/400 V4R4M0,
WAS 2.0, latest SF99027 PTF.

The problem is that the bind-password seems to be "forgotten" by WAS. When I
type the information (including the bind-password) in the WAS Administration
tool, save the changes, and reload the information, the bind-password is
empty.

Also, the joblog of the QDIRSRV job shows error GLD0120: Bind error with
Directory Services server. (Second level: Cause . . . . . : Distinguished
name (dn) root failed to bind with the
  Directory Services server 007642/QDIRSRV/QDIRSRV.
Recovery . . . : This condition may occur when the dn or password is
incorrect. The server will continue to operate normally. )

Any ideas of how to solve this?

T.i.a.

Theo.
