This message is NOT an error message per se. We converted from CISC to RISC a 
while ago. This message can appear for ANY executable that is used for the 
first time on the RISC box. We did not have any problems due to this 
conversion. Are you having any problems?

I have converted to V4R4M0 from V3R2M0 a few weeks ago, but I am unable to
convert TAATOOLS
as I don't have the source code, especially for the object below
Is there any way I can convert this ?
the message I keep getting on message queue qsysopr is 
*Converting *PGM TAAJOBIC in library TAATOOL to 64-bit RISC
