Another method, using the same path, SNDDST TYPE(*MSG) etc.  It'll allow you
*PRI, *CC, & *BCC receipient types as well as other nicetites.

The tcpip message facility is called e-mail !  :-)

All joking aside, if you have an SNA passthru environment setup between the
AS/400's you are half way there.   Why not go ahead and setup SNADS and do a
SNDNETMSG?  You will need to set up the distribution queues and routing
table via the CFGDSTSRV, and add a directory entry for the system name via
ADDDIRE.  Once this is done, STRSBS QSNADS and you should be able to send
messages to other AS/400's

You can then send messages to a user id and AS/400 system name.  I have it
up and working between 3 AS/400's.
