I wouldn't think so.  Net.data is just a prewritten CGI program.

Hans,

Neither webspere nor net.data, but rather rpg-cgi.  The MIS Director had
previous experience with rpg-cgi, so that weight heavily in the decision.
We had a lot more rpg experience than java.  Rumor was that rpg-cgi would
perform better.  Having to learn net.data scripting didn't sound appealing.
The dismal performance of IBM's web based configuration app for http server
and certificate manager gave us a lot of concern.  We wondered if that was
powered by net.data?
