If I understand correctly, 8-byte binary fields in DDS will
hold a maximum value of 9,223,372,036,854,775,807.  ie,
2**63-1.  The ILE RPG compiler will handle DDS 8-byte
binaries just like RPG's integer types, and not like regular
DDS or RPG 4-byte binary decimals.
