Thanks Mike! I didn't know that option was available. Supportline gave me
the set of steps that I put in my email earlier, curious why they didn't
mention the 'w' option.

You can also use a 'w' value in the data area to just delete the next SMTP
message to be processed - a little bit less drastic than clearing the whole
queue.
