I would make sure you are at the latest CUMe package for whatever release
your on. It sounds like you have another message stuck in the SMTP server
though. It used to happen very, very, very often to us before we went to
Domino's SMTP. You may want to report to IBM.

Thank you for your reply, however this did not resolve my problem.  I did
EXACTLY what you
specified, and my utilization was fine for a while, as it normally is after
I reset SMTP, then
it skyrocketed back up.   Any other ideas?
